Maps for the Albuquerque Coop Tour are strictly online through Google Maps. We are not providing walking or biking routes this year, but there is an option for bike and wakling routes on Google Maps. Please look over the instructions below to create your own route – car routes can realistically fit in around 6 or 7 stops within the time of the tour.
The master map is meant to be used as follows:
- Locate several stops near to your home on the map. Remember, you can probably only make it to six or seven stops!
- Click on each dew-drop to read the descriptions of the stops in your area and choose which you are interested in.
- Write down or copy and paste the address of the stops you are interested in.
- Enter the addresses into either Map Quest or Google Maps.
- Start with your home address
- On Google Maps you will need to hit ‘add destination’ several times – as many as you require to bring up new bars to add addresses in.
- Hit ‘create route’ or ‘get directions’ – whichever maps program you are using will give you the shortest route between stops.
- Print up your map, and don’t forget to take a bottle of water in the car with you!
